Physical examination verification

Students who enter the country with X1 visa must have a physical examination. New students who have had a physical examination abroad must submit the overseas physical examination record (original) in Chinese or English, and take a ID photo to the Sichuan International Travel Health Care Center for verification. For those who pass the verification, the Sichuan International Travel Health Care Center will issue the "Certificate of Verification for Physical Examination Records for Foreigners or Overseas Chinese".

If you have not had a physical examination abroad, or the original physical examination report does not meet the requirements, you must take a supplementary examination or a new physical examination. After passing the examination, Sichuan International Travel Health Care Center will issue a "Certificate of Verification for Physical Examination Records for Foreigners or Overseas Chinese".

Four passport photos (white background)

Original passport

RMB 500-600 (Fee may vary. Alipay and WeChat Pay are available)

Letter of admission (may be required, electronic version can be presented)

Physical examination time: Monday to Friday, 8:30-11:30 am

Note: Due to the requirements of some physical examination items, please go for the physical examination on an empty stomach.
